Foss & Co Næringsmegling AS

Foss & Co Næringsmegling AS was established in 1999 and has today a staff of ten. Its main activity is selling and letting commercial property in the Oslo region. It has a young, committed and informal milieu, where expertise, skills and professionalism are strongly emphasised. We are part of Foss & Co Group, which is engaged in the estate agency business from its thirteen offices around Oslo Fjord. Currently, the group employs about 65 people.

At 31 December 2009, the company had been involved in property sales for approx. NOK 3,500 million, and arranged leases for some 245,000 square metres of commercial floor space.
A significant part of our activity involves the sale of blocks of flats and development projects. This segment accounts for about 60% of our turnover.

We handle leases for all types of commercial properties in the Greater Oslo area. Our goal is to have satisfied and loyal customers and we accept both small and large letting assignments.

We seek to deal with all our principles, and buyers and lessees, in a professional and efficient manner. Results are extremely important, but at the same time our professional code of behaviour shall always be decisive.
